Downsizing Workshops and Assistance for OrganizationsSince 1985 O’Neill & Associates has planned and coordinated seminars and conferences to support those organizations interested in downsizing their Specialized Industries or Sheltered Workshop programs, with the goal of transitioning employees with developmental disabilities into community jobs. These seminars can be tailored for multiple levels of the organization - from the Board and CEO to line staff.
