Downsizing Workshops and Assistance for Organizations

Since 1985 O’Neill & Associates has planned and coordinated seminars and conferences to support those organizations interested in downsizing their Specialized Industries or Sheltered Workshop programs, with the goal of transitioning employees with developmental disabilities into community jobs. These seminars can be tailored for multiple levels of the organization - from the Board and CEO to line staff.

Topic examples include: future funding and the business climate, business planning, organizational change, staff training, finances, person-centered employment planning, community connections, and individualized job development.

In addition, consultation and training targeted specifically for staff and individuals with disabilities are also available from our staff and our extensive network of associates including:
