Beginning with an initial consultation to determine the unique needs and opportunities of each potential employer, O’Neill and Associates’ staff will present a customized plan to support the employer through the hiring process.

Components of this plan often include:

• Detailed analysis of potential job opportunities, including job tasks and
  volume of work

• Assistance with modifying job descriptions as needed

• Recruitment and initial screening of qualified job candidates

• Assistance with the interview process

• Connecting with employment support agencies

• Individualized training for co-workers and supervisors

• Ongoing consultation as requested in areas of workplace accommodations, job performance and co-worker support
