Clark County - Vancouver , Washington

O’Neill and Associates has operated in Vancouver, Washington since 1999 under the direction of Paula Johnson. The primary focus of our efforts in Clark County is to develop public and private sector employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. We work closely with the Clark County Department of Community Services – Developmental Disabilities Program, numerous employers and employment service agencies to promote quality services and outcomes.

Results of our projects include:

• 10 City of Vancouver employees

• 5 Clark County Employees

• 5 State of Washington employees

• Training and technical assistance to all of Clark County’s individual employment service agencies on topics such as marketing, job development, job coaching and person-centered planning

• Membership in a wide variety of business related organizations for the purpose of developing job opportunities
