Candace T. O’Neill

President and Chief Executive Officer

Candace T. O’Neill, President and CEO of O’Neill and Associates, LLC started her company in 1980. Her purpose was to develop and implement statewide change for the way in which the field of developmental disabilities delivered services from those that keep individuals segregated and dependent to those that foster integration and independence.

Over the last two decades, Candace has worked extensively with local, state, and federal agencies to develop and manage projects that have led to significant systems change, especially with integrated employment for people with disabilities. Her work and that of her company has gained an international reputation for providing customized training and support, as well as innovative project development.

Candace holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Science degree from the University of Oregon.
