Lynette Andrews

Lynette Andrews is a Project Manager for O’Neill and Associates at WorkSource Renton. She is available as a resource there for people with developmental disabilities. As part of the WorkSource team, she focuses on job development, marketing support and employer services. She is also available to provide training, planning and consultation.

Prior to June 2001, Lynette was a Program Manager with WISE, a statewide training and technical assistance organization. She has consulted with a large number of counties in Washington State related to system change, consumer-directed services, capacity building and, since 1985, evaluating supported employment.

Other experience includes planning, organizing and facilitating local and statewide training seminars and conferences. During the four years prior to working with O’Neill and Associates she spent the majority of her time in the design and implementation of demonstration projects related to individual and family choice. She started and implemented the first consumer-directed employment project in the State and managed programs in various counties, including the individual empowerment employment project in King County.
