Teri JohnsonChief Operating Officer
Teri’s international experience includes providing training to employment service agency staff and Qantas Airlines employees in Sydney , Australia . She has also traveled to Guam and Saipan to provide training to individuals who support people with disabilities in the workplace. Teri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Washington State University and an Executive Master of Rehabilitation Administration degree from the University of San Francisco.

Teri Johnson has been a Project Manager for O’Neill and Associates, LLC, since 1985. Her professional focus for the past 20 years has been to contribute to the development of quality employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. She has provided direct employment support, participated in qualitative research in the area of supported employment, presented numerous seminars on vocational training techniques, and has trained hundreds of co-workers in companies providing employment for individuals with disabilities.
